Go for the Gold: The high energy, fast-paced interactive team building event!
Teams of 10-12 compete head-to-head in ten wacky, wild, non-athletic relay races. We’ve taken the elementary school idea of field day, and mixed in the competitive spirit of the Olympics, the energy of an ESPN sportscast, and the values of team training to create an exciting and entertaining event for adults. .
Many exciting challenges for team competition
All of our games are designed with humor in mind, using compromising situations and crazy props to ensure a hilarious challenge amusing to all, whether you’re on the field competing or on the sidelines in the cheering section. Our games are designed to build team strength, facilitate communication, and test problem-solving skills.
At the end of the ten games, scores are totaled, and Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals are awarded to the top three teams.
Your Day on the Field!
Teams are divided into groups of 10-12 (we do recommend assigning teams in advance if possible) and bandanas are distributed to identify teams from each other.
The production will begin with the lighting of the Olympic Torch, usually done by the CEO or another recognizable figure from within your company.
Games are high-energy and humorous, pitting team against team in challenges that test group cooperation and the sense of humor more so than athletic ability.
At the end of the ten games, scores are totaled on the giant scoreboard, and Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals are awarded to the top three teams. Medals for each player on these teams are included in the package.
Clothing: Sneakers are required, and we recommend bringing a fresh shirt for a quick change if necessary. Also, water bottles and sunscreen (if outdoors) suggested.
This event can be hosted at any indoor or outdoor venue with field space and access to electricity.
