How does the booking process work?

Near the bottom of every event page, you’ll find a Let’s Book It! section. Select your group size, preferred date and time, and then click the “Request Booking” button. You’ll be taken to a checkout page where you can confirm your event details, add your contact information, and select your preferred payment method (credit card or check). Then click the “Confirm Request” button. You will immediately receive a confirmation via email from our team letting you know we received your request.  Within 24 hours we will call or send email to confirm final details, collect payment and go over the steps of participating in a YoYo Event. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due at this time. Balance and final count will be due seven (7) days prior to your event. All payments are a final sale and non-refundable. Groups must meet event minimums.

Can we add additional food/beverages to our event package?

Each YoYo event page states what is included in your package.  When you confirm your final count you will receive a bill including tax and  tip, for the venue.  Although changes to the packages are not possible here on the YoYo site, additions can be confirmed and paid for at the venue, and your Event Coordinator can help you make those arrangements.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.   We can also accept a purchase order with a credit card guarantee.  If you have special circumstances, discuss them with your Event Coordinator. We don’t want to hold up your event, but we do need to pay our facilitators, venues and partners.

We love the event, but would prefer it at a different venue. Is that possible?

Yes. That is definitely possible! Depending on the date and time, we can contact another venue for you, or secure another venue if the one you are interested in is already booked. If you want to have an event that’s more customized to your group, use a different venue, or plan something you don’t see offered here, we’ll introduce you to an Account Manager at our sister company, TeamBonding. Prices may vary from location to location.

We would like to partner with YoYo Events! How do we go about that?
